Job summary

Caretta Senior Living, a NEW assisted living community in Bellevue, WI, is seeking a Full-Time Med Tech to join our team. We offer competitive pay and shift options with opportunities for growth.

As a Med Tech, you will support residents with daily living activities, assist with treatments, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and well-being. We provide benefits and a positive, residents-first culture.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living (Preferred).
• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred).
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred).
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident’s best interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement.
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement.
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

Education

WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)

Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living (Preferred)

Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
