Job summary

Caretta Senior Living in Bellevue, WI is seeking a Full-Time Med Tech for the 2nd shift. This role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $16.00 to $21.00 based on experience, with shift differentials and benefits.

The position supports residents with ADLs, monitors health, and coordinates with nursing staff. It requires compassion, reliability, and compliance with care plans. Evening and night options may be available; part-time picks available.

Qualifications

• WI CBRF Certification preferred.
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living preferred.
• Registered as CNA/HHA or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs per service agreement.
• Help residents reach and maintain highest level of independence.
• Provide residents with physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per service agreement.
• Observe residents and report changes to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement and redirection.
• Complete required daily documentation and schedules.
