Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications within the established scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintain working knowledge of all policies and procedures pertaining to the position.
• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate individuals (HCD, RN/LPN, or ED).
• Complete medication cart audits as assigned and maintain the medication cart as directed.
• Document all medication administration on EMAR/MAR and in Daily Log.
