Ashton Commons Senior Living in Wexford, PA is seeking a dependable and compassionate Medication Technician to join our team on a full-time day shift.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, assist with activities of daily living, and document care, while collaborating with nursing and caregiving staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in medication administration or senior living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification, if required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and community policies
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate team member
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Accurately document medication administration and resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Follow all medication, safety, infection control, and compliance procedures
• Work collaboratively with nursing and caregiving staff
