Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech/CMA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, assist with medication administration and activities of daily living, in a supportive environment. Join a team focused on resident well-being, safety, and respectful engagement while meeting care plans and documentation requirements. The role may include weekend rotation and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state medication administration license or meet state requirements for medication administration in assisted living.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication, including self-administration per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate re-orders/deliveries with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
