Cogir Senior Living in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech/CMA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, assisting with medication administration and activities of daily living per personalized plans. You will join a team focused on resident comfort, safety, and well-being.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, a valid state medication administration license, and current First Aid/CPR. Memory care experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP/etc.)
• Current First Aid and CPR or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory and storage; coordinate re-orders.
• Provide care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and engage residents.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
