Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech/CMA) to provide direct care to residents, assisting with medication administration and activities of daily living in a supportive environment. You will work within a team to ensure comfort and safety for residents, following personalized care plans and documentation protocols.

Position requires a high school diploma, a valid medication administration license, and First Aid/CPR certification.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state medication administration license or eligibility.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Coordinate medication re-orders and deliveries with pharmacies as necessary.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living to residents.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
