• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Perform routine checks on residents, including vital signs, skin integrity, and overall well-being
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and services
