Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician (Med-Tech) certification is required.
• Previous healthcare or assisted living experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to residents in a timely and accurate manner according to established procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of medication administration and resident interactions.
• Monitor residents for medication side effects and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist with daily activities of living, including grooming, bathing, and mobility support as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care that meets each resident's individual needs.
• Respect and uphold each resident's rights to privacy, dignity, and independence.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with medical and technological advancements.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
