Job Title: Med-Tech Assisted Living (1st Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med-Tech to join our Assisted Living team for the 1st Shift. As a Med-Tech, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing top-notch medical and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications to residents in a timely and accurate manner according to established procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of medication administration and resident interactions.
• Monitor residents for medication side effects and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist with daily activities of living, including grooming, bathing, and mobility support as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care that meets each resident's individual needs.
• Respect and uphold each resident’s rights to privacy, dignity, and independence.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with medical and technological advancements.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medication Technician (Med-Tech) certification required.
