Charter Senior Living is seeking compassionate Med Techs for 2nd and 3rd shifts to support residents in Assisted Living or Memory Care. The role includes medication administration, daily living assistance, and teamwork with nursing staff to uphold care plans and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician / Med Tech certification as required by state regulations.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred.
• CNA, caregiver or direct care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate medication administration records and documentation
• Support implementation of individualized resident care plans
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Ensure compliance with medication management and safety procedures
• Support a positive, team-oriented care environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
