Watermark Retirement Communities in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Med Tech to join our caring team. You will deliver and administer medications, engage residents with compassion, and help create a warm environment for seniors in memory care and assisted living.

You will contribute to safe medication practices, build relationships with residents, and collaborate with our care team. Prior Med Tech training and relevant experience are preferred. We value reliability and a passion for helping seniors.

Qualifications

• Completion of Med Tech training program.
• Six months' experience in long-term care, home care, or related field preferred.
• Experience in memory care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe delivery and administration of medications.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Support care staff and participate in daily care activities.
• Assist in memory care settings and respond to resident needs.
