Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a Med Tech to join our compassionate care team. If you have a passion for seniors and experience in long-term care, you will help administer medications, support residents, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and a commitment to quality of life for our residents, including memory care residents. Overnight shifts and some holidays/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or related field as Med Tech.
• Completion of Med Tech training program.
• Experience in memory care environment preferred.
• Ability to work overnights, some holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Passion for working with seniors and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Collaborate with care staff as a team builder.
• Support memory care residents with daily activities and routines.
• Maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and quality of care.
