Job summary

The Charlotte, a luxury senior living community, is seeking a Med Tech to provide direct patient care and manage personal health records for our Members. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, help with dining, monitor vitals, administer prescribed medications, and participate in ongoing training to uphold our 'People First, Always' philosophy.

State CNA certification and Med Tech credentials, CPR/First Aid required; 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred; strong

Qualifications

• State CNA certification required.
• Med Tech certification required or preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certifications required.
• 1–2 years healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and maintain records of health care activities.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and dining.
• Escort residents to activities and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Record vitals and medications; monitor patient safety.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain a clean environment.
• Participate in in-service training and professional development.
• Collaborate with nursing and enrichment teams to support residents.
