The ideal candidate has prior med tech experience in assisted living or memory care, strong communication, patience, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. This full-time position offers day, night, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare setting, preferably assisted living, long-term care or community-based care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting mobility.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for residents and families.
• Medication administration: prepare and administer meds as prescribed and maintain records.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the team.
• Assist with daily living activities, preserving dignity and comfort.
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare professionals to create care plans.
• Document all care and observed changes in line with policies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies following protocol.
• Communicate with families about health status and updates.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal regulations and company policies.
