Sapphire Health Services, headquartered in Clatskanie, Oregon, seeks a Med Tech for our Community Based Care facility. You will administer medications to residents in accordance with policies and supervise by the team, with training provided to support top-quality care.

You will work in a day shift, on-site, collaborating with nursing and other health professionals to maintain accurate med records, ensure resident safety, and communicate with families about health status and changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Medication administration following state and federal regulations.
• Assist residents with daily living activities.
