Sapphire Health Services in Clatskanie, Oregon, is seeking a Med Tech to administer medications to residents in our Community Based Care facility, following policies and supervisor directions. Training and resources will be provided.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, compassionate care, teamwork with nursing staff, accurate documentation, and emergency response. Prior healthcare experience preferred; HS diploma required; on-site day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in healthcare setting preferred (assisted living/long-term care).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physical stamina for lifting and assisting residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and document care accurately.
• Coordinate with nursing and other professionals to develop care plans.
• Support daily living activities and mobility.
• Respond calmly to emergencies and follow protocols.
• Communicate with families about health status and care updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Report changes in residents' conditions.
