Qualifications

• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Provide personal care and general nursing tasks as needed.
• Assist with vital signs, ADLs, and dining services.
• Maintain accurate medical records and logs within 48 hours as required by policy.
• Keep medication carts clean and restocked; inspect for accuracy.
