Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with daily living activities for residents in Hershey, PA. You will assist with prescribed medications and report concerns to the nursing team while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities include helping residents with ADLs, documenting in EMAR/MAR, and supporting move-ins and activity programs. A CNA and Med Tech license (state board) and CPR/First Aid certification are required or obtainable within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must pass medication observations annually.
• Must pass medication cart audits and attend education sessions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and resident status to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain EMAR/MAR documentation and Daily Log entries.
• Assist in planning activities and provide emotional support to new residents.
