Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents in daily living activities, administer medications per physician orders, and document care and observations. The role includes monitoring residents' health, assisting with meals and mobility, and maintaining clean, safe living environments.

Strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork are essential as you collaborate with the Wellness Leadership Team and other staff to enhance resident well-being.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required or obtained within 30 days.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic software.
• Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in resident care or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and document completion.
• Provide compassionate care, including ADL assistance per residents' plans.
• Review eMAR and physician orders for accuracy.
• Monitor and report resident condition changes to Wellness Leadership Team.
• Obtain weights and vitals; complete daily charting and reporting.
• Assist with meals, activities, and resident mobility.
• Maintain clean, safe, and disinfected resident rooms and spaces.
