Job summary

The role requires CPR/First Aid certification, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-driven environment. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and document completion.
• Provide care including bathing, dining assistance, and mobility aid.
• Review eMAR and physician orders for accuracy.
• Observe and report changes to Wellness Leadership Team.
• Complete daily charting and resident weights and vitals.
• Assist with activities and promote resident engagement.
