Aufgaben

• Safely prepare and administer medications and routine treatments according to physician orders and state regulatory standards.
• Monitor resident condition, observe vital signs, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily care activities, personal hygiene, and routine mobility.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and MAR.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and secure medication carts and supply areas.
• Partner with nurses, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver resident-centered care.
