North Canton Nursing & Rehab is seeking a reliable Med Tech (Medication Technician) to join our clinical team in North Canton, OH. The role supports daily medication administration, tracks vital signs, and provides direct resident care under a licensed nurse supervision.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, state-approved Medication Technician certification, and BLS/CPR. The position offers full- or part-time shifts with day, evening, night, and weekend rotations, on-site work in North

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare and administer medications and routine treatments according to physician orders and state regulatory standards.

• Assist residents with daily care activities, personal hygiene, and routine mobility.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and MAR.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and secure medication carts and supply areas.
• Partner with nurses, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver resident-centered care.

Job Summary North Canton Nursing & Rehab is seeking a reliable, compassionate Med Tech (Medication Technician) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will assist with daily medication administration, track vital signs, and provide essential direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. If you are detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering exceptional long-term care.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Certification: State-approved Medication Technician certification (or equivalent State/STNA credential where applicable) required.
• BLS / CPR: Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required.
• Experience: 0+ years
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver equipment and assist residents up to 50 lbs.
