Sapphire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to administer medications and support residents at our Community Based Care facility in Oregon. You will follow established policies, maintain records, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality, compassionate care.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior healthcare exposure; on-site work with a focus on safety and resident dignity is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred (assisted living/long-term care/community-based care).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and desire to help others.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to lift/move residents and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per policy and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and document care and medications accurately.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the care team.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Coordinate care plans with nursing and healthcare professionals.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow protocols.
• Communicate with residents' families about health status and care updates.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and company policies.
