Mosaic Management in Oregon seeks a Med Tech to support medication management and resident care with compassion and precision. You will prepare, administer, and document medications, and monitor vital signs to ensure resident well-being.

Join a resident-focused team and coordinate with the Clinical Manager. Requires Med Tech certification and a high school diploma, with English communication skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Med Tech certification and previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Medication Management & Documentation.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with Mosaic policies, physician orders, and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate MAR entries and verify physician orders.
• Order, receive, and securely store medications per protocols.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Provide first aid and wound care as needed and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
