Qualifications

• Must hold a 6 Hour Med-Tech Certification.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Current medication administration certification where required.
• Knowledge of safe medication practices and resident care procedures.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per policies and regulations.
• Monitor resident condition and report concerns.
• Assist with daily routines, promoting independence.
• Maintain accurate medication and care records.
• Follow care plans and communicate needs to staff.
• Assist with safety checks and wellness rounds during swing shift.
• Respond calmly to resident requests and urgent situations.
• Maintain clean, organized environment for residents and team.
