Cogir Senior Living in Bothell, WA seeks Medication Technicians (Med Tech – CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate medication administration and daily living support to memory care residents. You will join a caring team dedicated to resident comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

You will follow individualized care plans, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with pharmacies for timely deliveries. A valid CNA/HCA license, CPR/First Aid, and memory care experience are preferred, with weekend

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Administer prescribed medications and assist with self-administration per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living in a team setting.
• Promote independence and support residents with engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Maintain open communication among healthcare professionals, residents, families and staff.
