Cogir Senior Living in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech – CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, assisting with medication administration and daily living activities. You will join a supportive team ensuring resident comfort, safety, and well-being.

Require a valid CNA or HCA license, First Aid/CPR, and at least 12 months of medication administration experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain within a prescribed period.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication as outlined in care plans.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Assist in managing medication inventory and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living in a team setting.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support with engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
