Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under nurse supervision.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the five rights of medication administration.
• Records medication administration and vital signs as required.
• Maintains the Medication Room and adheres to infection control practices.
• Communicates with medical staff and documents resident information.
• Participates in required trainings and staff meetings.
