Seasons at Southpoint in Durham, NC is seeking Med Techs to join our compassionate team. The role focuses on medication administration, resident wellness support, and coordinating with Wellness staff to maintain high-quality care in a licensed assisted living environment.

You will assist with vital signs, participate in monthly wellness visits, and communicate changes in resident needs to the Wellness Director.

Competenze

• Must be certified Medication Aide and/or meet state requirements for medication aide.
• Leadership capabilities demonstrated in prior roles.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living or Dementia care preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Monitors health and well-being of residents and provides leadership support to the care team.
• Assists with medication care, administration, and documentation.
• Communicates with resident support services and families as needed.
• Supports wellness initiatives and accurate monthly wellness/PSP updates.
• Identifies and reports changes in medication or service levels to leadership.
