Cogir of Gilbert is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech/CMA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, including medication administration and daily living support. You will join a team focused on safety, comfort, and well-being in a senior living environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid medication administration license, and First Aid/CPR. Weekend rotation and strong teamwork are valued as part of our caring culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and valid medication administration credentials.
• Attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork are essential.
• Experience with memory care is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication according to care plans.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Help manage medication inventory and coordinate orders with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support with activities of daily living.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and maintain open communication with residents and families.
