Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands-on care and support to residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities in California. You will work under supervision to maintain a safe, home-like environment and help residents with daily activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring health needs, assisting with medications, documenting changes, and promoting resident dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• 18 years of age or older required.

Responsibilities

• Care Giver duties include supervising residents during shifts and checking on them throughout the shift.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and changes in residents' conditions.
• Respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation of resident areas.
• Serve meals, assist with feeding and monitor appetite.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Support residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transfers).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, guests and team members.
