Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a Care Giver/Medication Technician to join our California communities. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and help create a safe, home-like environment for residents.

Responsibilities include observing and reporting changes, assisting with medications under supervision, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Prior senior care experience and CNA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition.
• Maintaining resident safety and cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
• Communicating effectively with residents, family members, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and changes in residents (skin, weight, mood, appetite).
• Assist with continence management and meal service; ensure sanitation of rooms and restrooms.
• Respond promptly to calls and notify supervisor of increased care needs.
• Support activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility) to promote independence and dignity.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities and assist with laundry as needed.
