Job summary

Mosaic Management is seeking a Med Tech for our assisted living and memory care community in Forest Grove, Oregon. You will support residents with medication management and daily care in a compassionate, detail‑oriented environment.

You will prepare, administer, and document medications, maintain MAR records, monitor residents' health, and coordinate with the Clinical Team to ensure safe, timely care while upholding resident dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Med Tech certification and previous long-term care experience, preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to resident dignity.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications in accordance with Mosaic policies, physician orders, and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely entries in the MAR.
• Verify, clarify, and update physician orders as needed.
• Order, receive, and securely store medications in compliance with community protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure medication room.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs, monitor health changes, and communicate updates to the Clinical Manager or Executive Director.
• Provide first aid and wound care when necessary and coordinate care with outside healthcare professionals as directed.
