VOANS offers supportive leadership, a team environment, and opportunities for career growth. Pay is $19.50 per hour for part-time shifts (.6 and .7). Shifts include 6:30am-2:30pm and 2:30-10:30pm.

Qualifications

• Current MN Med Certified licensure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands‑on care to residents, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well‑being by delivering compassionate, person‑centered care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely care.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment while following care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards.

Pay Range: $19.00-$21.10 years of experience and differential
Schedule: .6 AM shift 6:30am-2:30pm
.7 PM shift 2:30-10:30pm

What You Bring (Requirements)
