Job summary

The Homestead at Rochester Campus in Rochester, MN is seeking a Caregiver to provide direct, hands-on care and support daily living activities for residents. You will help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and compassionate, person-centered care.

VOANS offers pay ranges of $18.00–$20.00 per hour with night/evening differential, a .5 AM and .9 AM schedule, weekends on a rotating basis, and benefits including PTO, life insurance, disability coverage, and wellness incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school graduate, CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and compassionate care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following care plans and infection control standards.

Pay Range: $18.00- $20.00 an hour, with night and evening differential
Schedule:

.5 AM and .9 AM 6:30am-2:30pm Work every other weekend

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Long-term care experience (preferred)
