Cascade Living Regency Park is seeking Med Techs (Med Aide) to administer medications and assist residents under personalized care plans. You will work with families, physicians, and the clinical team to ensure residents thrive and receive consistent, compassionate care.

This full-time role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and offers a strong benefits package as part of Cascade Living Group.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing practices applied to resident care.
• Experience with elderly residents, particularly with dementia.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Compassionate individuals capable of multitasking and maintaining focus.
• Strong ownership mindset and able to stay focused during interruptions.
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information for development and implementation of customized service plans.
• Administer treatment plans and chart medications in MAR; document PRN results and missed doses.
• Answer calls/concerns from family and physicians as directed.
• Improve residents' quality of life by maintaining high standards of care and consistency.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
• Support Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs.
