Cascade Living Group is hiring a Med Tech (Med Aide) to administer medications and assist residents at Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care in Bend, OR. You will communicate with residents, families, and physicians to support individualized treatment plans.

We seek compassionate, reliable team members able to work evenings and weekends, with prior elderly-care experience and nursing knowledge to ensure residents thrive and maintain quality of life.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing practices and methods for resident care.
• Experience with elderly residents, including Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Compassionate individuals with flexibility to perform duties.
• Ownership mindset and ability to stay focused amid interruptions.
• Effective communicator with staff, residents and families.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information vital to the development and implementation of customized service plans.
• Administration of treatment plans and chart medications in MAR, document PRN results and missed medications.
• Answer and respond to calls/concerns from family members and physicians.
• Make a significant contribution to residents' quality of life through consistent care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.
