Job summary

Atria Senior Living – Patchogue is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration and resident support in a caring senior living community.

You will manage medication programs, coordinate with doctors and pharmacies, and support residents with daily living activities while upholding ethical standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Certified Medication Aide credential or equivalent as required by state regulations.
• First Aid and/or CPR certifications may be required by state regulations.
• State-minimum requirements for experience, certification, or license are needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation (distribution, ordering, reception, file management).
• Assist residents with doctors’ appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and cooperate with team members in daily resident support.
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications if required by state.

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $18.00/hr - $21.60/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
