Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Hudson is hiring a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration and resident care in a supportive environment. You will maintain medication records, support residents with daily activities, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide CMA certification is required; state law may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including distribution and storage.
• Assist with doctor visits, pharmacies, and daily living activities for residents.
• Work cooperatively with team members to support residents' wellbeing.
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.
• Certifications may be required by state (Medication Aide, First Aid/CPR).

Responsibilities

What you will do as a Med Tech (RMA)

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assistingwith doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other talented team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state

Salary Range

The wage range for this position is $17.00/hr - $20.40/hr, dependent on prior work history and experience
