Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration for residents, maintain medication programs, orders, documentation, and support with doctor appointments and pharmacy coordination while providing compassionate care. State-required certifications include Certified Medication Aide and First Aid/CPR as applicable by state; no additional experience required.

This full-time, on-site role offers competitive wages ($22.00–$26.40/hour), comprehensive

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily support of residents.
• Receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state.
