Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration for residents and support medication programs. The role emphasizes ethical conduct, cooperative teamwork, and ongoing training opportunities in a supportive senior living environment.

The position requires CMA certification and may involve First Aid/CPR as dictated by state regulation, with a focus on resident well-being and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have state-minimum experience, certification, or license.
• No additional experience required.
• Certifications may include CMA, First Aid and/or CPR if state requires.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting with doctor's appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other talented team members in daily support of residents
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement
• Must have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state
