Job summary

Brandywine Living at Haverford Estates is seeking a Medication Technician to deliver warm personal care and companionship to residents in a senior community. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health changes, and update individual care plans while promoting participation in community programs.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and teamwork within a supportive environment offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RMA (Registered Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide) certification is preferred.
• Ability to provide compassionate personal care to seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
