Monarch Communities is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to support senior residents with daily care and medication administration. The role emphasizes compassionate interaction, personal care, and timely updates to Resident Care Plans.
You'll work with a collaborative team, provide ADL assistance, and encourage resident participation in community activities. A high school diploma or equivalent and RMA/CMA certification are required. Weekend and holiday availability is needed.
