MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel assignment in Newburgh, Indiana. Start date is 11/02/2026 for a 13-week duration, working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. Travel employment with housing or housing allowance is available.

Applicants must hold an active RN license, have a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS certification, and 18 months of recent Acute Care Med/Surg experience; other facility requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Graduate from accredited nursing program
• BLS certification
• Eighteen months of recent Acute Care Med/Surg experience
• Other requirements to be determined by client facility

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
