MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Newburgh, Indiana. The position requires an RN license and a Nursing degree with a BLS certification, plus 18 months of recent Med/Surg experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification is required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care.
