Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Nurse RN for Med Surg in Newburgh, Indiana. This assignment is a 13-week travel role with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts. Active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS, and 18 months of recent Med-Surg acute care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Eighteen months of recent Med-Surg Acute Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for Med-Surg patients before and after procedures.
• Perform routine treatments and post-surgical care.
• Assess patient health changes and administer medications.
• Document medication and treatments to ensure continuity of care.
