Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care planning with an interdisciplinary team and exercise clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to achieve outcomes based on data, research, and standards.
• Coordinate treatment plans and discharge/transfer planning.
• Participate in ongoing program evaluation and quality improvement.
• Maintain safety, adhere to policies, and manage resources efficiently.
• Support professional growth, serve as a preceptor or mentor to less experienced staff.
• Adhere to regulatory and Texas Board of Nursing standards.
