Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate nursing care as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Performs nursing assessments, assists with exams and treatments, maintains records.
• Collaborates with physicians and care team to plan and monitor care.
• Coordinates discharge/transfer planning in partnership with patients and families.
• Ensures compliance with policies, standards, and ongoing professional development.
