- Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients per nursing skills and patient needs.
- Coordinates nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
- Collaborates with and may delegate tasks to healthcare team to achieve outcomes.
- Develops discharge and transfer plans for patients.
- Participates in program evaluation, process improvement, and quality care.
- Adheres to regulatory standards and Memorial Hermann policies.
